This is not simply our job, it’s our passion.\nJob Summary\nThe Team Leader, Restaurantwill provide professional, customer-focused service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is a memorable experience. They will work with the F&B management to ensure the team exceeds departmental goals, standards, & expectations.\nKey Duties & Responsibilities\nLead by example, creating an environment where all guests and colleagues feel welcome, comfortable, and special\n\nAssists F&B management with the restaurant operation, completing all tasks, duties, responsibilities, and projects as assigned within set timelines\n\nAct as an ambassador to their assigned F&B outlet, ensuring knowledge of the outlet’s menus, offerings, and activations\n\nDevelop the F&B service team to ensure they have solid food and beverage knowledge and deliver the proper sequence of service delivery\n\nEnsures compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures by helping train and supervise colleagues\n\nEnsure the smooth preparation of the restaurant stations, mise-en-place, and table set-ups as per One&Only standards\n\nEnsure that all Food Safety standards are followed to the fullest\n\nCollect feedback from guests and report it back to the Management\n\nPerform any other duties as required by the Assistant Manager, Restaurant, or any other member of the management team.\n\nSkills, Experience & Educational Requirements\nAt least 2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage leadership\n\nAt least 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage service in a high-level environment\n\nExperience in 5-star, upmarket resort would be an advantage\n\nExcellent communication skills\n\nExperience with Micros is a plus\n\nBenefits\nMedical insurance - 80% of premium paid by employer\nHealth Savings Account with $50 employer contribution per pay period\nDental, vision & life insurance - 100% of premium paid by employer\n5 weeks of PTO (Paid Time Off)\n8 paid holidays\nUniform provided & complimentary laundering\nComplimentary transportation to/from resort\nComplimentary meal per shift\nSubsidized housing based on availability\nDiscounts at F&B outlets on property\n14 nights per year at $100/night* at Kerzner Properties worldwide\nWinter season includes complimentary ski pass to Big Sky Resort based on availability OR $225 reimbursement towards gym membership\nPhysical Requirements\nThe ideal candidate must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job in a safe manner, with or without reasonable accommodation.
