From desert adventures to moments of gathering and celebration, every stay reveals a deeper connection to the heritage, people and enduring beauty of the desert.\nAbout The Role\nThe Villas Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the villas, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for guests. This includes supervising housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services, as well as managing staff schedules and performance. The Villas Supervisor ensures that all villas are maintained in excellent condition and that guest needs are promptly and efficiently addressed.\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\nOversee the day-to-day operations of the villas.\nEnsure all villas are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guest occupancy.\nConduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.\nAssist colleagues with expediting problem payments (e.g., problems processing credit card).\nFollow up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues.\nProcess all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning villas, and handling the Villas Occupation and communicate the setup of each reservation.\nCoordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of Villa for check-in. Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks. Count bank at the beginning and end of shift. Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications, monitor the guest balance.\nCoordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.\nMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and ensure their proper usage and storage.\nHandle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.\nCommunicate the guest preferences and requests to the concern departments.\nAssist on generating more revenue by upselling.\nPoint of contact for any related.\nFull knowledge of FO system, and HSK operation.\nClosing the bill after departure and ensure no discrepancy is highlighted.\nManage, train, and schedule housekeeping and maintenance colleagues.\nMonitor colleagues’ performance and provide feedback and coaching.\nEnsure colleagues adherence to safety and hygiene standards.\nRespond promptly to guest requests and complaints, resolving issues effectively.\nCoordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.\nEnsure that guests receive a high level of personalized service.\nCoordinate with the maintenance team to address any repairs or upkeep needed.\nOversee the housekeeping team to ensure villas are spotless and well-stocked.\nImplement and monitor cleaning schedules and checklists.\nManage inventory of cleaning supplies, amenities, and maintenance tools.\nPlace orders and ensure timely replenishment of stock.\nConduct regular audits of supplies and equipment.\nPrepare reports on villa occupancy, guest feedback, and staff performance.\nAssist in budget preparation and control operational costs.\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance, inventory, and staff schedules.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.\nConduct safety training and drills for staff.\nAddress any safety hazards promptly.\nSupervises the housekeeping, maintenance and other colleagues assigned to work in villas.\nExperience & Educational Requirements\nCollege diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred).\n3 years minimum experience in a 5-star hotel property in concierge.\nEfficient computer skills, knowledge of Opera Cloud.\nDepartmental trainer.\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAttention to detail and strong organizational skills.\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.\nProficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.\nAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.\nPhysical ability to inspect villas, which may involve walking, standing, and climbing stairs.\nJoin a team that is warm,caring, connected and empowered to create truly unique experiences.
