Partner with Impact.\nThe Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting reporting, forecasting, and analysis across Arden Trust, Kestra Investment Management, and Kestra Insurance. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and business teams to deliver accurate reporting, identify key drivers, and support decision-making through data analysis and financial modeling. This position plays a key role in maintaining visibility, supporting planning processes, and providing insights into business performance across multiple product lines and distribution channels.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nSupporting of budgeting and forecasting processes of Arden Trust, Kestra Investment Management, and Kestra Insurance.\nPrepare and analyze monthly results, including variance analysis vs. prior period and budget.\n\nDevelop reporting packages and dashboards covering key metrics such as AUM-based fees, commissions, premiums, and net flows.\nBuild and maintain financial models to support projections and analysis.\n\nPartner with FP&A and Accounting to ensure alignment between reporting and financial statements.\n\nPerform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions and growth initiatives.\n\nSupport preparation of materials for leadership and external stakeholders.\n\nContinuously improving reporting processes and data quality.\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.\n2-4 years’ experience using advanced Excel functionality. \nMaster’s Degree or CFA a plus.\nStrong understanding of financial analysis and revenue drivers.\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nAbility to work with large datasets.\nSolid understanding of financial statements and accounting.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nEffective communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nCollaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.\nProven ability to partner effectively across business lines and influence senior stakeholders.\nHighly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on
