Translate strategic objectives into structured programs, milestones, and delivery plans.\nDrive Cross-Enterprise Alignment: Ensure initiatives are coordinated across Kestra Holdings’ lines of business and functional teams, resolving dependencies and aligning priorities to maximize enterprise impact.\nLead Program Governance & Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, requirements definition, and decision forums. Serve as a primary point of contact for business and executive stakeholders across technology, compliance, operations, and product teams.\nManage Platform & Vendor Relationships: Support platform evaluations, vendor onboarding and management, contract negotiations, and delivery oversight to ensure solutions meet business, technical, and regulatory requirements.\nEnsure Operational Excellence: Oversee program planning, risk management, resourcing, and delivery tracking. Partner with technology and data teams on integration planning, data migrations, and release coordination while ensuring compliance and security considerations are addressed.\nCommunicate with Executives: Prepare executive-ready updates, dashboards, and decision materials. Provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes while proactively managing stakeholder expectations.\n\nWhat You Bring: \n5+ years of experience in program management, technology delivery, business architecture, or technology strategy—preferably within financial services, wealth management, or a regulated environment.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred)\nExperience managing enterprise programs in the Salesforce ecosystem, including cross-functional delivery and vendor-led initiatives.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including comfort working with senior and executive audiences.\nFamiliarity with advisor-centric platforms such as CRM, client portals, workflow, compliance, trading, or billing systems.\nExperience with collaboration and visualization tools such as Microsoft O365, JIRA, Confluence, Lucid Suite, and Figma.\nProven ability to translate strategy into execution, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes.\nCollaborative, adaptable, detail-oriented, and motivated by delivering scalable, high-impact
