This role combines advanced development expertise with strong configuration skills to deliver high-quality features and integrations. The Senior Developer will work closely with both the Technical Architect and Solution Architect to ensure adherence to design standards and best practices, while collaborating with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to optimize business outcomes.\n\nWhat you’ll Do:\nDevelop high-quality, reusable code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.\nConfigure Salesforce declarative features, including page layouts, record types, validation rules, custom metadata, and automation tools.\nImplement complex business logic using a combination of declarative and programmatic approaches.\nWork closely with the Technical Architect and Solution Architect to ensure solutions adhere to technical design, scalability, and security standards.\nParticipate in design and solutioning sessions to validate architecture and technical feasibility.\nCollaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architect to clarify requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.\nBuild and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.\nExecute data migrations and transformations using Data Loader or third-party tools.\nSupport Salesforce DevOps pipelines, including version control (Git), CI/CD automation, and automated testing.\nConduct peer code reviews and enforce coding standards.\nMonitor and optimize platform performance, security, and scalability.\nEnsure compliance with Salesforce governance, data quality, and sharing rules.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and admins.\nIdentify opportunities for innovation, including AI-driven features, automation, and workflow intelligence.\nStay current on Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and best practices.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support Kestra’s Salesforce transformation initiative.\nMaintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specs and deployment guides.\n\nWhat You Bring: \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\n6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.\nStrong skills in Apex, LWC, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.\nProven experience with declarative configuration and customization.\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.\nExperience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Financial Services Cloud preferred.\nExperience building Agentforce agents.
