Home to the prestigious Keswick Golf Club, Marigold Restaurant, by Jean-Georges, a new luxury spa and sports and aquatics center.\nThe Keswick Hall Guest Services Internship is a program that provides college students with meaningful experience that compliments their current coursework. Through an experiential and structured approach to learning, interns will gain real-life experience in the hospitality and entertainment industry. The program will include a shadow week to provide exposure and learning of other disciplines on properties. Upon successful completion of the program, interns will be considered for future internships, and full-time positions in the disciplines of Guest Services/Front Desk and Reservations. Additionally, the program will provide on-the job and classroom style learning for your assigned discipline, along with professional development and targeted growth opportunities in hotel/resort frontline roles such as Front Desk Agent, Reservation Agent.\nParticipates in a professional development series to develop both soft and technical skills\nMaintains a work area that adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service\nEnhances the guest experience through providing exceptional customer service\nAdheres to daily operating and safety procedures\nRegular, dependable attendance and punctuality\nOther duties as assigned\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nCurrently enrolled in an associate degree or bachelor’s degree program\nAvailable to complete at minimum 400 hours (May 31, 2027 to August 2, 2027)\nA cumulative 3.0 GPA minimum\nExperience utilizing basic math skills with ability to add, subtract multiply and divide\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as reports and procedure manuals\nAbility to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs\nSchedules will include working evenings, weekends, and holidays\nMust have unrestricted work authorization in the US\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPassion for service\nIntellectual curiosity, positive attitude, and self-motivation.\nPhysical Qualifications:\nThis position involves regular walking, standing, hearing, and talking.\nMay involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.\nInvolves use of hands and fingers for typing on keyboard and using a mouse.\nAbility to lift up to 30 pounds.\nAt this time, Keswick will not sponsor a new applicant for
