Plating, pressentation, and execution worthy of a global clientele that expects luxury and high quality, while learning a wide variety of fundamentals, are all part of learning in the Keswick Hall Kitchen.\n$20-25 per hour based on experience.\nCook I position prepares proper sized portions of high-quality items to order, to proper temperature and presentation.\nCook II position primary responsibility for station assigned; maintains mise en place and prepares hot and cold foods for the restaurant according to Chefs specifications and for catered events as required.\nCook III performs all basic, intermediate, and advanced cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling, sauté and grilling.\nKeswick offers an opportunity to grow and develop your career in an environment that provides a fulfilling workplace for employees, creates an environment for continuous learning, and embraces the ideas and diversity of others.\nIn addition, we offer a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability; a competitive PTO offering, as well as 401(k).\nResponsibilities\nDuties include but are not limited to:\nFollow recipes and standards for product preparation\n\nAlways maintain a clean and sanitary work environment\n\nPrepare ingredients using food safety standards\n\nCook food to order and at the temperature requested\n\nCheck food products daily for quality and freshness\n\nPlate food to the standard of chef’s specification\n\nComplete prep lists and opening/closing checklists for each shift\n\nSet-up workstations with mise en place to chef’s specification\n\nProperly store all mise en place at shift end\n\nDemonstrate knife skills, cooking skills and safe operation of all kitchen equipment\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\n0-5+ years of experience and a High School Degree or Equivalent minimum.
