This role is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the plant.\nWarehouse Associates may perform a variety of functions including material handling, inventory transactions, production support, finished goods wrapping, product staging, warehouse transfers, trailer loading, and forklift operation. Team members may be assigned to different warehouse activities based on experience, training, operational needs, and business demands.\nThe ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and operational excellence while supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nEssential Responsibilities\nMaintain a safety-first mindset and actively support Keter's safety culture.\nOperate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other material handling equipment safely and in accordance with company policies.\nComplete pre-shift equipment inspections and report safety concerns or equipment issues.\nMove raw materials, components, packaging materials, and finished goods throughout the facility.\nSupply production lines with materials to support efficient manufacturing operations.\nReturn unused materials to warehouse storage locations while maintaining inventory accuracy.\nPerform finished goods wrapping, staging, scanning, and quality verification activities.\nLoad and unload trailers while ensuring product protection and load quality.\nUtilize SAP and RF scanning systems to execute inventory transactions and material movements.\nProcess warehouse, production, and shipping transactions accurately and timely.\nSupport inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory verification activities.\nMaintain organized warehouse, staging, and loading areas.\nFollow standard operating procedures and established work instructions.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.\nCross-train and perform other warehouse and manufacturing duties as assigned, including machine operation when needed.\nWhat Makes You Successful\nSafety-focused mindset.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAccountability and dependability.\nEffective communication and teamwork abilities.\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.\nProblem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nWhy Join Keter?\nAt Keter, our team plays a critical role in delivering quality products while supporting a culture focused on safety, teamwork, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
