In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our platform, ensuring that every release delivers measurable impact for customers and advances our mission to transform medical device compliance into a seamless part of the development workflow!\nOur ideal candidates will be capable of providing results in a fast-paced and demanding atmosphere. Someone who has excellent organizational skills, eager to work in a fast-growing startup, and a degree in engineering will do well in this position. \nIdeally you're already located in Vienna or able to relocate quickly. Unfortunately, we are unable to support people without an existing work permit for this position in Austria at this time.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProduct Strategy & Roadmap\nOwn the product lifecycle -from idea to release-ensuring every feature delivers high-quality outcomes on time.\nShape and maintain the product roadmap, aligning change requests and new features with customer needs, internal priorities, and business goals.\nDefine and refine product requirements by translating input from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams into actionable, high-impact stories.\nBreak down big ideas into clear, estimable deliverables, empowering developers to plan effectively and hit release targets.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Engineering, UI/UX, Sales, Client Operations, and Marketing to design, build, and launch product features that meet both customer and business needs.\nSupport developers with clear documentation and design controls, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.\nCollaborate on go-to-market planning by preparing release notes, launch materials, and timelines that set teams and customers up for success.\nExecution & Impact\nLead efficient release processes, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates while managing and prioritizing change requests.\nMonitor and maintain development timelines, proactively raising risks or concerns to keep stakeholders aligned and expectations managed.\nDefine and track success metrics to measure product impact, driving continuous improvement and innovation.\n Travel occasionally (6-8 times per year) to collaborate with global teams and customers.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of industry experience (SaaS software), at least 3 years of product management experience.\nUnderstanding of software engineering.\nPrevious background in computer science and/or engineering.\nStrong ability to shape software product features, including, but not limited to, defining user stories, creating wireframes, and acceptance criteria.\nAbility to grasp extremely complex technical concepts quickly.\nStrong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to convey complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.\nStrong organizational skills and habits.\nA proactive mindset, eager, adaptive, and open to learn and grow in a fast-paced, startup environment.\nIdeal Skills\nPrevious experience in a startup environment strongly preferred.\nBackground in a regulated industry.\nPrevious experience in Quality Management.\nExperience with Jira / Atlassian toolchain.\nCompensation\nAt Ketryx, we offer a competitive and transparent compensation package that reflects your experience and skills. For candidates in Austria with more than 5 years of relevant experience, the gross annual salary starts at €90,000. We offer all-in contracts, with final compensation tailored to your qualifications and experience.
