Come join us and help build the AI platform to power safe innovation.\nThe Role\nAs a Technical Delivery and Success Associate, you’ll work closely with customers who rely on Ketryx to manage safety-critical and regulated development processes. This is a technical, engineering-adjacent role.\nYou’ll support customers from onboarding through long-term partnership, helping configure the Ketryx platform, supporting requirements and quality workflows, and applying structured problem solving to real challenges. You’ll develop a deep understanding of how regulated teams build, verify, and validate software.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers or technically trained professionals who want exposure to regulated industries, verification & validation practices, and customer-facing technical work, while growing alongside a mission-driven team. \nAbout You\nYou bring an engineering mindset to your work. Unfortunately, we are unable to support people without an existing work permit for this position in Austria at this time.\nResponsibilities \nSupport Customer Success: Partner with clients during onboarding and ongoing use of the Ketryx platform, helping them apply best practices for requirements, verification, and quality workflows.\nConfigure and Support the Platform: Assist with configuring Ketryx to align with customer development processes, including requirements traceability, documentation workflows, and validation artifacts.\nApply Engineering & Quality Thinking: Help customers reason through leaving evidence, verification activities, and structured development processes commonly used in regulated and safety-critical environments.\nTroubleshoot and Problem-Solve: Investigate technical and workflow challenges, escalate thoughtfully when needed, and follow through to resolution.\nCollaborate Cross-Functionally: Share customer insights with Product, Engineering, and Quality teams to help improve the platform and internal processes.\n Support Quality & Compliance Efforts: Contribute to accurate, well-structured documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS) and reinforce strong process discipline.\n Grow Your Technical Skill Set: Build fluency in regulated software development concepts such as requirements management, verification & validation (V&V), and the V-model.\nRequired Skills\n Technical or Engineering Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on technical experience).\n Exposure to Structured Development: Familiarity with concepts such as requirements, verification & validation, testing, systems engineering, or the V-model (academic or professional exposure is sufficient).\n Interest in Regulated Industries: Curiosity about or comfort working in regulated, safety-critical environments (medical devices, biotech, pharma, aerospace, automotive, etc.).
