All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nRequired Work Experience:\nMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounts payable, accounting, or finance operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.\nSkills:\nProficiency with accounts payable systems and ERP/financial management software\nknowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)\nstrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\neffective verbal and written communication skills\nattention to detail and accuracy in financial processing\nability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines\nproficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills\nknowledge of regulatory requirements including Form 1099 processing\ncommitment to confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.\nLeadership Capabilities:\nSet clear expectations and provide regular feedback to team members to promote accountability and professional growth.\nFoster an inclusive, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture aligned with Kettering Health's values.\nIdentify and address performance issues, escalating as appropriate in accordance with organizational policy.\nLead change management initiatives related to accounts payable processes and technology.\nCommunicate effectively with staff, leadership, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPreferred Education:\nMaster's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.\nPreferred Work Experience:\nExperience in a healthcare or multi-entity environment.
