Aid in the identification of project goals, overall objectives, and stakeholder expectations.\nSupport leadership by providing project status reports, financial performance, productivity impact analysis, and planning support in accordance with organizational and ePMO standards.\nIdentify and implement process improvements within the department in collaboration with leadership. Improve processes, templates, efficiency, and effectiveness based on project results and stakeholder input.\nAttend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency and certification.\nContinue professional development to keep abreast of emerging methods for Leadership and Project Management.\nPrepare cost-benefit analyses on projects, monitor project deadlines and costs, and conduct post implementation reviews.\nPerform process analysis, research, project design, operations management, and data quality/integrity measurements.\nEstablish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.\nDevelop and maintain processes, tools, and methodologies that support systematic improvements in the areas of planning, decision-making, resource allocation, status tracking, and project success criteria.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertification in a process improvement discipline (e.g. Lean, etc.) or equivalent experience preferred\nUnderstanding healthcare business systems and processes preferred\nOverview\nKettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 14 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio.
