In this role, you’ll partner with our Creative, Production, and client teams to design best-in-class social and digital design ideas. If the term conceptual digital design and detailed execution resonates, then this role may be for you.\nMust be located in Los Angeles, CA, and be able to occasionally go onsite to our client’s offices in Culver City.\nCandidates should have:\nProven experience in digital design and art direction, especially for social media, and the ability to create pixel perfect designs while innovating work\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional partners, including design, copy, motion, production, and account partners\nStrong client collaboration and management skills, with the ability to present design work internally and to senior level clients\nMastery in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Keynote, proficiency in Figma and ideally Sketch, additional motion and prototyping software is a plus\nExperience with fitness, wellness, and/or sports clients preferred\nLives and breaths the latest and greatest across social media\nWe’d like to know that you can:\nCreate differentiating, modern, on-brand digital design solutions-it’s all about meeting the challenge and then bringing something extra to the table\nCommunicate and present confidently-speaking to design solutions and describing web interactions clearly to your team and clients\nStay on top of best design practices and technologies, and see opportunities to creatively incorporate industry trends to elevate design and user experience\nEmbrace an agile design process and set new standards\nBe both a team member and a proactive individual contributor\nAccept and incorporate constructive feedback in your designs\nThe target range of base compensation for this role is $110k - $140k.
