hooks, pacing, storytelling and CTAs.\nWork with scripts, briefs and raw footage to create compelling video narratives.\nUse B-roll, motion graphics, text animation, sound design and transitions effectively.\nCreate multiple versions of videos for A/B testing and performance marketing.\nRepurpose long-form content into short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and paid campaigns.\nCollaborate with designers, copywriters, performance marketers, doctors, coaches and the wider creative team.\nEnsure all videos follow MetaGO's brand guidelines and visual language.\nStay updated with social media trends, UGC formats and emerging video styles.\nManage project files, footage, assets and final exports in an organised manner.\nRequirements\n2-3 years of professional experience as a Video Editor.\nStrong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.\nWorking knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.\nGood understanding of short-form content, Reels and performance marketing videos.\nStrong sense of pacing, storytelling, typography, composition and visual aesthetics.\nAbility to understand a creative brief and execute edits independently.\nGood understanding of hooks, audience retention and CTAs.\nStrong attention to detail in audio, colour grading and overall video finishing.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.\nGood communication and collaboration skills.\nGood to Have\nExperience working with UGC, testimonials and creator-led content.\nExperience in health, wellness, fitness, healthcare or D2C brands.\nBasic knowledge of shooting, framing, lighting and camera language.\nExperience with AI-based video and creative tools.\nBasic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.\nExperience creating content for Meta
