or a related field.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different types of users.\nCreative and proactive approach to community engagement.\nComfortable using WhatsApp and social media platforms.\nGood understanding of what makes online communities engaging and interactive.\nStrong organizational and coordination skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced startup environment.\nGood to Have\nPrior internship/project experience in Community Management, Social Media, Content, Customer Engagement, or Events.\nExperience managing college communities, WhatsApp groups, clubs, or online communities.\nExperience organizing online/offline events or activities.\nWhat You'll Learn\nHands-on experience in
