You will lead analysis of maintenance history (including root cause analysis) and utilizes multiple technical data sources to improve maintenance processes and minimize total cost of ownership. You are also responsible for planning pro-active maintenance for technicians through the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and working with maintenance leaders to develop and oversee processes to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance. You will play a key role in championing plant maintenance initiatives.\nShift & Schedule: This is a full time position working 1st shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday-Friday. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required.\nWhat you will do:\nPrioritizes, plans, and supports maintenance work in collaboration with affected departments; Identify job resources (staff, tools, parts, references, etc.), assemble job plans (instructions, schematics, parts lists, manuals, etc.), coordinate with stakeholders (Production Planning, Engineering, Maintenance team, etc.), and support execution.\nLeads analysis of maintenance history (including root cause analysis).\nAdvise on and champion continuous process improvement in maintenance operations.\nAssist with CMMS, inventory control, and purchasing needs as requested or needed.\nParticipate with maintenance personnel, engineers, production personnel, and network representatives to document and improve maintenance tasks and processes.\nAnalyze and report on network and area maintenance performance; Generate maintenance KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), and track the department’s performance against them.\nManages maintenance technical documentation for plant equipment and systems.\nServe as a key site contact to Network Maintenance in driving technical improvements.\nPartner with training coordinator to ensure skills are available to meet current and future state maintenance plans.\nSupports the daily management system.\nResponsible for developing spare parts lists, kitting, and rebuild strategies.\nComfortably, effectively coaches and trains technically skilled professionals.\nSupport engineering projects.\nAssist maintenance supervisors and technicians in emergencies.\nFollow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures.\nTotal Rewards:\nCompensation:Pay range is $26.77 - $44.13/hr\nBenefits, subject to eligibility, and collective bargaining agreements (where applicable): Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement\nBenefits eligible Day 1!\nRequirements:\nWhat you must have:\nAt least 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a high-volume, fast-paced, capital-intensive manufacturing environment.\nMaintenance planning experience preferred.\nExperienced CMMS user, SAP preferred.\nProficient spreadsheet, PowerPoint, email, and database user.\nAbility to communicate technical information accurately and clearly.\nAbility to uphold Safety standards, participate in Continuous Process Improvement on the job, and follow our Manufacturing best practices.\nAbility to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions.\nAssociates degree in relevant field is preferred.\nProficient in developing maintenance documentation and standards.\nPhysical Requirements / Working Conditions:\nAbility to lift 75 pounds frequently with mechanical assistance.\nAbility to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis and 50 pounds occasionally.\nAbility to constantly lift, bend, stretch and stand during entire shift.\nAbility to push/pull up to 1,500 pounds using supplied equipment.\nAbility to frequently kneel, squat, bend, and stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions.\nAbility to work in a sedentary light office position with high frequency of keyboarding/computer work required (50% - 75% of the workday).\nCompany Overview:\nKeurig Dr Pepper (Nasdaq: KDP) is a leading beverage company with more than 150 owned, licensed and partner brands that meet a wide range of needs and occasions.
