This role manages packaging and point-of-sale (POS) creative work from kickoff through production handoff, connecting brand, creative, agency, production, and cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate brings strong creative project management experience, practical knowledge of print production, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive, focused approach to moving work forward.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage packaging and POS creative projects from kickoff and resource assignment through final production handoff, following established workflows and standards.\n\nBuild and maintain schedules for key milestones, including kickoffs, creative reviews, stakeholder approvals, mechanical development, prepress, proofing, and release.\n\nKeep work moving according to the approved plan; document scope, timing, resource, and requirement changes as they occur.\n\nCoordinate closely with Brand Marketing, external agencies, Print Production, and other partners to clarify ownership, deadlines, and next steps.\n\nIdentify blockers and at-risk deliverables early, communicate them in the appropriate forums, and help secure support to mitigate risk.\n\nEnsure project information and responsibilities transfer seamlessly from Project Management to Production and vendor partners when appropriate.\n\nMaintain accurate project plans, task assignments, weekly status reports, decisions, approvals, and financial documentation in approved tools.\n\nTake personal responsibility for completing high-quality work on time and on budget across multiple concurrent projects.\n\nCommunicate clearly and promptly in meetings, one-to-one conversations, status updates, and written documentation.\n\nUphold team processes for scheduling, task management, approvals, and documentation, and suggest practical improvements when gaps are identified.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nTotal Rewards:\nSalary Range: $62,500 - $98,000\nActual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors\nBenefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement\nAnnual bonus based on performance and eligibility\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with at least 4 years of project management experience in a creative environment.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing creative development across packaging, POS, retail, shopper marketing, or related print-based asset types.\n\nWorking knowledge of the creative process, including concept development, design review, adaptation, mechanical production, proofing, prepress, and final file release.\n\nStrong understanding of project scope, timeline development, task management, resource coordination, stakeholder communication.\n\nCompany Overview:\nKeurig Dr Pepper (Nasdaq: KDP) is a leading beverage company with more than 150 owned, licensed and partner brands that meet a wide range of needs and occasions.
