Overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed\nThe Electro Mechanical Technician at Keurig Dr Pepper is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving process and packaging equipment to maximize production efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability. This role plays a key part in supporting continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture.\nKey Responsibilities\nSafety & Compliance\nMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by consistently demonstrating safe behaviors.\n\nFollow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.\n\nEquipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting\nTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.\n\nPerform electrical wiring on moderately complex control circuits.\n\nDiagnose and resolve equipment issues through repair, adjustment, parts replacement, or fabrication.\n\nComplete equipment changeovers, particularly on fillers and packaging equipment.\n\nIdentify and support root cause analysis for mechanical, electrical, and controls failures.\n\nControls & PLC Systems\nTroubleshoot and make minor program adjustments to Allen-Bradley PLC systems, including SLC500, MicroLogix, CompactLogix, and ControlLogix platforms.\n\nUtilize Rockwell FactoryTalk Suite and related Allen-Bradley control systems.\n\nContinuous Improvement & Technical Support\nSupport autonomous maintenance and TPM initiatives by training operators on basic mechanical skills.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and reliability.\n\nFabricate, repair, and install piping systems, including hot and cold water, steam, process, and condensate lines.\n\nApply welding and machining skills across metals, plastics, and composite materials.\n\nFabricate or replicate minor machine components as needed.\n\nTotal Rewards:\nStarting pay: $46.36 per hour.
