This role oversees inbound and outbound logistics related to finished goods, raw materials, and packaging. The Supervisor will directly manage a team of Logistics Specialists and Shipping & Receiving Clerks while driving continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupervise Inventory Control and Shipping & Receiving teams; develop and implement standard work processes.\n\nLead and support Continuous Improvement initiatives using Kaizen, TPM, and 5S methodologies.\n\nFoster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with KDP values through servant leadership and clear communication.\n\nEnforce compliance with GMPs, PPE requirements, OSHA, DOT, and company safety regulations.\n\nEnsure effective collaboration between Logistics and cross-functional departments including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, HR, Finance, and Safety.\n\nManage schedules, payroll time edits, and key performance indicators (KPIs); generate timely reports for leadership.\n\nDrive associate engagement and accountability by promoting fair, consistent performance management practices.\n\nConduct daily facility checks (e.g., safety equipment, dock doors, forklifts, cleanliness).\n\nProvide leadership coverage for logistics staff during absences as needed.\n\nTotal Rewards:\nTarget annual compensation range: $80,000-$100,000.\n\nThis is a salaried, exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
