This position will primarily focus on the utilities side of maintenance.\nShift & Schedule: 2nd shift: 1PM-9:30PM flexibility to work OT as needed - OT is typical for this role.\nPosition Responsibilities\nObserves equipment to make sure it is operating to OEM standard or production satisfaction.\n\nAnalyze mechanical, pneumatic, electrical problems and make repairs through adjustments, defective parts replacement, or fabrication.\n\nAnswers maintenance calls in a timely fashion and assists others in troubleshooting.\n\nPerforms routine PM’s, repairs, rebuilds and modifications on all equipment assigned\n\nWire moderately complex control circuits.\n\nPerforms electronic component replacement, substitution, set-up and calibration.\n\nFabricate, repair, and install hangers and all types of piping including hot/cold water, steam, process and condensate, utilizing formulas for all phases.\n\nWeld various types of metals.\n\nMachine most metals, plastics, and composites.\n\nFabricate or replicate minor pieces for the repair or replacement of parts on equipment.\n\nComplete size changeovers, make adjustments, and troubleshoot liquid fillers and packaging equipment.\n\nIdentify problems and completes repairs, with minimal downtime or supervision.\n\nTroubleshoot 3ph 480V motors and VFDs.\n\nCompletes any necessary paperwork associated with repairs or calibration.\n\nCompletes Work Orders that are assigned to them or their department.\n\nProvides coverage and or assistance as needed throughout facility to meet production schedules and or equipment needs.\n\nEnsures that all work activities are performed with attention to the highest standards for quality, safety and compliance with all appropriate legal and food safety requirements and a focus on continuous improvement.\n\nFollows all company policies & procedures as well as the GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices).\n\nMaintains a high level of safety awareness for an accident-free work place.\n\nReports any unsafe or hazardous work conditions or safety-related issues to Management\n\nTotal Rewards:\nStarting rate of pay is up to $44.26\nShift prem. $0.15\nBenefits, subject to eligibility, and collective bargaining agreements (where applicable): Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement\nRequirements:\n1 year maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment \n1 year of experience troubleshooting 3 phase (480V) Circuits, Motor starters and controls and electronic circuit boards\nLift, push, and pull 50 pounds repeatedly, walking and standing for long period of time\nCompany Overview:\nKeurig Dr Pepper (Nasdaq: KDP) is a leading beverage company with more than 150 owned, licensed and partner brands that meet a wide range of needs and occasions.
