This role leads a team of skilled Maintenance Technicians while partnering closely with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deliver world-class safety, quality, and operational performance.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, highly automated manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for developing high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, reducing downtime, and ensuring maintenance processes are executed with discipline and consistency.\nKey Responsibilities\nSafety & Compliance\nLead and promote a culture focused on achieving zero injuries.\nConduct safety observations, audits, and training while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.\nEnsure completion of all required regulatory and safety training.\nOperational Excellence\nDeliver best-in-class performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.\nDrive equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance programs.\nPartner with Operations, Quality, and Warehouse teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.\nLead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts to eliminate recurring issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).\nSupport and sustain TPM, standardized work, layered process audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nLeadership & Talent Development\nLead the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.\nDevelop and maintain a highly engaged team of 10+ Maintenance Technicians.\nProvide leadership support through maintenance planning meetings, business unit reviews, leadership meetings, and employee communication forums.\nFoster a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable work environment.\nTotal Rewards:\nTargeted annual compensation range of $90,500 - $115,000.\nThis is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly.
