Working with minimal supervision, you will help ensure equipment reliability while maintaining compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements.\nThis role also serves as a technical resource by training, mentoring, and providing guidance to other maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nResponsibilities\nInstall, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild, and dismantle complex manufacturing and support equipment.\n\nPerform advanced troubleshooting on control systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs, PLCs, and high-speed packaging equipment.\n\nComplete preventive maintenance and other proactive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability.\n\nCoordinate maintenance activities with production, engineering, vendors, and other stakeholders.\n\nWork with equipment manufacturers and service providers to resolve technical issues.\n\nMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.\n\nFollow all company, departmental, regulatory, and safety policies and procedures.\n\nSupport fellow maintenance technicians as workload and priorities require.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.\n\nAssist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.\n\nTotal Rewards:\nStarting pay: $40.39 per hour.
