The successful candidate will partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Architects, Vendors, and Business Stakeholders to design, build, integrate, and support solutions across a diverse technology landscape. This position combines technical leadership, engineering execution, solution delivery, and mentoring while helping drive continuous improvement throughout our technology environment.\nThis position is ideally a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX, with in-office work from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday. Possibility for remote work for the right candidate.\nResponsibilities\nResearch, design, develop, test, implement, and support technology solutions. \nAnalyze complex business and technical challenges and translate them into practical, scalable solutions. \nProvide technical leadership and guidance to Agile product teams and development resources. \nRemain actively engaged in solution delivery through design reviews, troubleshooting, testing, deployment support, and production issue resolution. \nDesign and support integrations across SAP, MuleSoft, SaaS platforms, internal applications, and data platforms. \nPartner with business teams to understand requirements and deliver value-driven solutions. \nIdentify opportunities to simplify processes, improve automation, and enhance operational efficiency. \nCollaborate with onshore and offshore resources to ensure successful delivery and support. \nApply Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and quality engineering practices to improve reliability and delivery performance. \nMentor engineers and help grow technical capabilities across the team. \nEvaluate emerging technologies, analytics capabilities, automation tools, and AI-enabled solutions that can drive business value. \nTotal Rewards:\nSalary Range: $96,800 - 154,000\nActual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors\nBenefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement\nAnnual bonus based on performance and eligibility\nRequirements:\nRequired \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. \n5+ years of experience in software engineering, integration engineering, platform engineering, or enterprise application delivery. \nExperience designing and delivering solutions across multiple applications, platforms, and technologies. \nStrong understanding of software development practices, APIs, databases, testing, deployment, and production support. \nExperience troubleshooting complex technical issues and performing root cause analysis. \nExperience working in Agile and DevOps environments. \nExperience with enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, data flows, or event-driven architectures. \nStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. \nDemonstrated ability to mentor developers and provide technical leadership. \nPreferred \nExperience with SAP, MuleSoft, or similar enterprise platforms. \nExperience supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, Routing, Delivery, Fleet, Warehouse, Manufacturing, or Field Operations systems. \nExperience integrating SaaS solutions with enterprise applications. \nExperience with Azure, GCP, AWS, Databricks, or similar cloud platforms. \nExperience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, or observability tools. \nExperience working with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery teams. \nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development, Microsoft Copilot, intelligent automation, or related technologies. \nWho Will Thrive in This Role \nNaturally curious and motivated to learn new technologies. \nStrong analytical thinker who enjoys solving difficult problems. \nComfortable working through ambiguity and defining practical paths forward. \nEqually effective discussing business processes and technical solutions. \nBuilds trust across technical and non-technical teams. \nTakes ownership of outcomes and continuously looks for opportunities to improve systems, processes, and team capability. \nCompany Overview:\nKeurig Dr Pepper (Nasdaq: KDP) is a leading beverage company with more than 150 owned, licensed and partner brands that meet a wide range of needs and occasions.
