You may also view all of our current openings on our Careers Page: KDP Careers - Northlake, IL\nThe Manufacturing Production Supervisor manages and coordinates the activities of production personnel engaged in packaging beverage products for storage & shipment, including providing leadership, direction and facilitation on multiple high speed production lines.\nShift & Schedule: This is a full time position on 2nd shift working 1:00pm to 10:30pm. Flexibility for additional coverage outside of these hours, including potential weekends and/or holidays, is also required as needed.\nPosition Responsibilities\nDirect and coach production operators in the execution of daily/weekly production schedules for multiple packaging lines. \nManage within labor and operating expense budget.\nCoordinate beverages packaging ensuring safety, quality and productivity while minimizing waste. \nMeet the productivity, quality, safety, health, environmental and morale goals established for the site.\nComplete and update all necessary production paperwork and record.\nEnsure equipment in the area assigned is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times.\nReview and analyze production records to identify opportunities for improvement. \nMake recommendations for long term solutions, including recommendations for replacing equipment, refurbishing equipment, procedural changes, productivity improvement, material change, etc., related to the area of accountability.\nDrive the continuous improvement agenda in area of responsibility through teamwork, skills and capability development.\nStaff, train, evaluate and develop team members.\nManage and facilitate employee and management relationship within the guidelines of the labor contract and company policy.\nEnsure high performance results of your team by:\nFostering a culture of trust and wellbeing that prioritizes the team and values employee contributions\nDriving a shared vision with clear goals and accountability, supported by regular conversations to maximize talent\nEmbracing diverse perspectives to foster innovation, learning from both successes and failures\nEstablishing a safe environment where team members are motivated, heard, and aligned with clear expectations\nTotal Rewards:\n Salary Range: $70,500 - $93,400\nActual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors\nBenefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement\nAnnual bonus based on performance and eligibility \nBenefits eligible Day 1!\nRequirements:\nBachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field highly preferred or relevant work experience\nPrevious people management experience in a leadership role required\nStrong knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices, Kaizen, TPM, and/or other methods of Continuous Improvement\nPrevious experience with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel \nPrevious experience with SAP preferred\nCompany Overview:\nKeurig Dr Pepper (Nasdaq: KDP) is a leading beverage company with more than 150 owned, licensed and partner brands that meet a wide range of needs and occasions.
