This role will be joining a team passionate for supporting KDP’s business, collaborating with others and building relationships with senior leaders and key business partners to tackle the ever-changing legal challenges we face as a global company. The Privacy & Corporate Compliance team works as an agile team in a fast-paced environment where a sense of humor, accountability, and creativity are the cornerstones of daily life.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for managing day-to-day activities of KDP’s privacy program including data subject requests, tracking privacy risk assessments, data and system mapping, and coordinating metrics and reporting. Experience with BigID is a plus.\nAssist with reviewing and negotiating privacy-related terms and conditions and ensuring compliance with Privacy and Cybersecurity Programs’ policies and procedures relative to vendors.\nAssist with conducting risk assessments of existing compliance activities, including KDP’s enterprise risk management process.\nAssist with monitoring, supporting and coordinating responses to significant regulatory changes and compliance trends across the enterprise.\nAssist with the development and delivery of KDP’s compliance training curriculum and compliance communication campaigns in partnership with Human Resources and Corporate Affairs. \nAssist with the management of KDP’s corporate policy governance process.\nAssist as requested on other legal matters and projects.\nIt is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
