Collaborate with plant and inventory planning teams to propose inventory transfers, line/plant capacity balancing, and other solutions to ensure Supply Chain objectives are met. \nWork with Transportation, WH, & production planning to navigate warehouse limitations. Lead regular calls to project future constraints & employ solutions. \nEvaluate Capacity options and availability for new Product Initiatives and determine the most effective way to support product launch by region. \nResponsible for working with Plant Planning Teams to adjust plans based on Inventory levels projected in o9 to ensure inventory is aligned to business targets. \nLead Weekly Plant Alignment Meetings & support Monthly Supply Review Meetings as a part of the Integrated Planning Process. \nMonitor Scheduling complexity by line and ensure success against corporate production cycling & pull replenishment goals. \nUtilize o9 to develop scenarios to analyze our best course of action when planning/supply decisions \nMaintain master data and properly manage SKU changes/continuations\nTotal Rewards:\nSalary range $62,500 - $85,000\nActual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors \nBenefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement \nAnnual bonus based on performance and eligibility\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\n1 year of experience using SAP or similar ERP system \nSome experience with using o9 Planning Software \n3 years of experience utilizing various formulas, tables, & pivot tables in Excel \nPreferred Experience:\n2 years of Supply Chain Planning or related experience \nSome MicroStrategy experience \nCompany Overview:\nKeurig Dr Pepper (Nasdaq: KDP) is a leading beverage company with more than 150 owned, licensed and partner brands that meet a wide range of needs and occasions.
