Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled is required.\nWarehouse Supervisor - Williamson, NY\nThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers that involve ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in a small to mid-sized warehouse or yard.\nPosition Responsibilities\nResponsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the warehouse. \nEnsure proper execution and implementation of all policies procedures with regard to picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. \nTrain and evaluate warehouse staff on effective inventory techniques and daily tasks. \nAssist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control. \nConduct physical counts of inventory and reconcile floor counts and inventory shipments. \nSchedule and manage warehouse team members within labor and budget while meeting the demands of the facility. \nEnsure compliance with safety codes, policies, and procedures of the Company and standards established by Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA). \nEnsure all equipment, including but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks, and fleet trucks, is properly maintained and inspection practices are followed. \nTotal Rewards:\n$55,700 - $80,000\nActual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors\nWhere Applicable:\nBenefits eligible day one!! \nBenefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement \nAnnual bonus based on performance and eligibility\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred (GED) \n3+ years of experience in Warehouse or Production Environment \nExperience in a strong leadership role, presenting to regional leadership teams, local leadership teams, and front-line employees preferred \nExperience with inventory and financial cost management systems: SAP or similar system capability preferred \nExperience working with MHE, (material handling equipment) understand warehouse capacity requirements, building, loading, and delivery principles, FIFO and logistic principals\nMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Power Point\nUnderstanding of Occupational Safety Regulations \nCompany Overview:\nKeurig Dr Pepper (Nasdaq: KDP) is a leading beverage company with more than 150 owned, licensed and partner brands that meet a wide range of needs and occasions.
