You'll administer our Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune environment, manage our growing portfolio of SaaS applications, provide hands-on hardware and software support to corporate end users, and keep our IT documentation and processes current and useful. \nHow You’ll Contribute \nProvide first- and second-level hardware and software support for laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and business applications - in person and remotely \nAdminister Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) - user accounts, licensing, groups, and security settings \nManage Azure and Entra ID - identity, conditional access, MFA, and single sign-on for corporate applications \nEnroll, configure, and secure Windows, macOS, and mobile devices with Microsoft Intune - compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app deployment \nOwn the SaaS application lifecycle - evaluate, provision, integrate, monitor usage, manage renewals, and deprovision \nProcure, image, deploy, and maintain end-user hardware, network, and software components \nAssess our information systems, identify gaps, test new technologies, and lead upgrade and migration projects \nRespond promptly to IT service requests, support employees across the company, and prioritize issues within defined SLAs \nMaintain IT documentation and create end-user how-to guides and knowledge base content \nGather and analyze data to diagnose problems with computer systems \nMaintain hardware asset inventory and track SaaS and software licenses, renewals, and spend \nManage onboarding and offboarding - account provisioning, device setup, and access removal across Microsoft 365 and SaaS applications \nIntegrate systems and automate common tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual error \nWho You Are \n3-5 years in corporate IT support or systems administration \nStrong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS hardware and software, mobile devices, and printers \nHands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Power Automate \nExperience managing SaaS applications, including SSO/SCIM provisioning and license management \nKnowledge of networking fundamentals - DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and VPN \nExperience with phone systems and remote support tools \nComfort with ITSM tools such as Jira and Freshworks \nPowerShell scripting experience is an asset \nMicrosoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, MS-102, AZ-104) are an asset \nA customer-service mindset - patient, approachable, and able to explain technical issues in plain language \nStrong verbal and written communication skills \nSharp problem-solving and critical-thinking skills \nAttention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure \nStrong time-management skills and the ability to multitask \nAbility to prioritize competing tasks and requests based on business impact and urgency \nWhat We Offer \nCompetitive compensation \nMeaningful health and dental benefits \nRetirement savings support, including RRSP matching in Canada and 401(k) contributions in the U.S. \nProfessional development and continuing education opportunities \nHybrid and flexible work environment \nFlexible PTO with close to 4 weeks of vacation and a company-wide holiday closure \nCollaborative, supportive colleagues \nSalary Range - $65,000 - 80,000\nNote: We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies.
