Business Development

This is a full-time Business Development role, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. The Business Development professional will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to develop growth strategies and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients.
• Proven experience in lead generation and market research to identify and cultivate business opportunities.
• Customer service expertise in handling client inquiries and delivering solutions that meet client needs.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Experience in AI-driven industries or behavioral science applications is a valuable asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Ideally familiar with financial institutions and public sector industry
