Refers more complex problems to senior level or manager\nTypically covers a broad range of responsibilities rather than focusing on one specific role\nActively participates in self-development to support the team but also one’s own future advancement\nProven ability to handle customer service inquiries and diffuse difficult customer situations independently\nRequired and/or Preferred Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma of GED is required; College degree is preferred\nMinimum 1 year of bank operations experience is preferred\nBasic to intermediate PC and MS Office skills\nProven problem solving, analytical and communication skills\nAbility to work independently or as part of the larger fast-paced and ever-changing team; all while maintaining precise attention to detail\nComfortable communicating with team members, internal clients and management while maintaining a professional demeanor\nDemonstrated ability to follow instruction as provided and utilize training to make informed decisions\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS\nThis position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $18.75 - $25.00 per hour. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
