The PCB Development Consultant collaborates, partners and influences the KIS ML, Market Retail Leaders, and Area Retail leaders to close gaps performance gaps.\nResponsibilities\nFoster and champion the training & development of a ‘best in class’ team of Key Private Client sales professionals throughout their first year of development as a Licensed Banker; inclusive of obtaining licenses, through putting it into practice and refining skills and approach.\nExecute on a 1 year licensing onboarding plan to support individual performance success.\nLeads a cohort group of new PCB’s throughout their first year, acting as the portal and catalyst for skill development - connecting the dots into a successful Branch Banker.\nFacilitate supplemental learning strategies across Affluent and Emerging Segments. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
