This role performs data analysis, reconciliations, edit reviews, control execution, and documentation activities while partnering with Risk, Finance, Governance, Treasury, Data Management, Technology, and business stakeholders to support regulatory reporting production, change management, issue remediation, and process improvements. The Sr Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for assigned schedules and develops cross-functional expertise to strengthen business continuity, organizational resilience, and reporting governance.\nEssential Job Functions\nRegulatory Reporting\nServe as a subject matter expert on assigned regulatory reports, schedules, and reporting requirements.\n\nCoordinate reporting activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure successful and timely regulatory submissions.\n\nManual adjustments and validation checks including edit checks.\n\nRisk, Controls, and Governance\nMaintain a strong risk and control environment through effective execution of regulatory reporting controls and governance activities.\n\nIdentify, assess, and escalate reporting risks, process gaps, control deficiencies, and data quality concerns.\n\nEnsure appropriate documentation, evidence retention, and control execution in accordance with internal policies and regulatory expectations.\n\nData Analysis and Quality Assurance\nAnalyze large data sets to validate reported results and investigate variances, trends, and anomalies.\n\nDevelop and enhance reporting metrics, monitoringroutines, and analytical procedures.\n\nProcess Improvement and Change Management\nSupportefforts to implement regulatory reporting changes resulting from new regulations, reporting instructions, and business initiatives.\n\nSupport strategic initiatives related to regulatory reporting transformation, data modernization, and process optimization.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.\n\n3+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, finance, accounting, risk management, or related discipline.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.\n\nProficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.\n\nPreferred\nExperience with Federal Reserve regulatory reporting, including FR Y-14, FR Y-9C, Call Reports, FFIEC, or other banking regulatory reports.\n\nKnowledge of data governance, risk management, and reporting control frameworks.\n\nExperience with SQL, SAS, Axiom, Power BI, orsimilar data analysis and reporting tools.\n\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS\nThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $69,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
