Our portfolio of brands comprises of Key (the Adviser) More2Life (the Lender) and Air (Adviser software service).\nWe are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join us as our Technology Lead for Microsoft Platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, governance and support of business solutions. The role provides technical leadership across the Microsoft application estate, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, supportable and aligned to business objectives.\nWorking closely with business stakeholders, Product Owner and Developers, the postholder will drive platform innovation, automation opportunities and best practice adoption while managing, mentoring and developing technical resources.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the technical lead and subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, leading the design, development and deployment of the estate. \nAdvocate best practice for development standards, governance and security.\nSupport business teams in identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and digital transformation.\nLead solution design reviews, code reviews and technical assurance activities.\nEnsure effective application lifecycle management (ALM) and DevOps practices. \nDevelop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party applications.\nMentor developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.\nTranslate business requirements into effective technology solutions.\nExperience & Skills:\nSignificant hands-on experience delivering and supporting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.\nExperience developing Dynamics 365 customisations, plugins, workflows and integrations.\nStrong understanding of Microsoft platform security, governance and best practices.\nExperience with API integrations. \nExperience with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.\nProven experience with complex technology solutions.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving skills.\nDesirable Qualifications\nExperience with Power Automate Desktop\nExperience with Test Automation \nExperience with wider Azure technologies. \nRelevant Power Platform and D365 Qualifications\nStrong stakeholder management skills\nMost of all we look for people who display and work around the core values of our business:\nAmbitious - to break ground to help our customers enjoy a better retirement.\nSupportive - relationships are key to everything we do.\nPersonal - going above and beyond to offer exceptional service.\nIntegrity - honest, true and transparent in all of our relationships.\nResponsive - whatever the challenge we’ll deliver the right result.\nExpert - experts in our field, our thirst for knowledge never stops.\nBenefits:\n25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
