Scholarship opportunities are provided for clinical-related graduate programs. \nKey is an internship placement site where employees can fulfill internship requirements for college credit. \nIntensive training, professional development and opportunities for advancement are available. \nSelf-Care and Paid Time Off Benefits: (See attachment for details)\n3 weeks/vacation, 2 weeks/sick time, 3 days/personal, 3 days/bereavement and 12 paid holidays for Full-time staff. \nFree, confidential employee assistance program for employees and adult household members for support with mental and physical health, financial, family, legal, parenting and other concerns. \nOther:\nReimbursement equivalent to IRS rate for work-related travel. \n403(b) retirement savings account (tax-deferred). \nPre-tax childcare. \nQualifications:\nA bachelor’s degree is preferred, preferably in a human service-related field.\n1-3 years' residential program care experience is required.\nPrior supervisory experience is preferred.\nMust be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license and legally registered and insured vehicle for work use.\nAnd\nComprehensive background check.\nCommitment to participate in required trainings and certifications in FA/CPR/AED, MA Medication Administration Program (MAP) and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Crisis Intervention. \nResponsibilities:\nThe Shift Supervisor provides on-site management assistance during their shift in the areas of program administration, client and family services, and staff training:\nProgram administration - coordinate program services, activities, and schedules. \nPersonnel administration - ensuring adherence to agency and program policies. \nAssist the clinical and supervisory team with case management responsibilities with our children/ youth and families.\nLead shift and coordinate daily program activities and assign responsibilities to case worker staff. \nHelp to ensure clients receive quality services that comply with standards and regulations. \nDevelop positive working relationships with funding sources and all other collaterals. \nPromote family-centered and strength-based philosophies within the program. \nStaff training and development- assist case workers in their assessment and treatment of clients. \nEnsures adherence to safety procedures. \nProvide crisis intervention and behavioral management in accordance with Key policy.\nCoordinate and assist in conducting client intakes during nights and weekends. \nEnsure appropriate youth to staff ratio coverage and provide direct support coverage if necessary.\nMonitor and implement safety and security policies and procedures.\nRespond to behavioral health and programmatic issues and triage with clinical and administrative staff.\nParticipate in the regional on-call system.\nThe Key Program is a private, non-profit human services agency whose mission is to support children, families, and emerging adults through trauma-informed, culturally grounded services that strengthen resilience, foster belonging, deepen community connections, and build a foundation for lasting well-being.
