API contracts and interaction models that balance technical constraints with optimal user experience.\nPrototype and validate new interaction patterns for AI-powered features.\nOwn significant portions of our frontend stack, from initial technical design through implementation and iteration.\nBalance immediate product goals with long-term technical quality and scalability.\n\nRequirements: \n5-8 years of experience building complex web applications with React and TypeScript.\nProven track record of technical leadership guiding architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and driving technical quality.\nDeep expertise in modern frontend ecosystems: build tools, testing strategies, performance optimisation, and state management.\nExperience with real-time web technologies and their application in data-intensive interfaces.\nStrong product sense and ability to make technical decisions that serve both user needs and business goals.\nExperience working closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to cross-functional partners.\nTech Stack
