The role partners with cybersecurity, digital banking, fraud, authentication, and application development teams to deliver secure, frictionless customer onboarding and login experiences. The position would focus on identity orchestration, passwordless authentication, MFA, risk-based authentication, and integration with banking applications.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement authentication and identity management solutions using Transmit Security.\nBuild and maintain customer identity journeys, registration flows, login flows, MFA enrollment, and account recovery processes.\nIntegrate Transmit Security APIs and SDKs into web and mobile banking applications.\nConfigure identity orchestration workflows and adaptive authentication policies.\nSupport passkey and passwordless authentication initiatives.\nCollaborate with fraud, risk, cybersecurity, and digital banking teams to improve customer security and user experience.\nTroubleshoot authentication issues, integration defects, and production incidents.\nParticipate in architecture reviews and ensure compliance with security and banking standards.\nCreate technical documentation, support procedures, and implementation standards.\nAssist with vendor engagement and platform upgrades.\nRequired Technical Skills\nExperience with Transmit Security and Mosaic Platform.\nREST APIs, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML.\nJava, JavaScript, .NET, or similar enterprise development platforms.\nIdentity and Access Management (IAM) and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).\nMFA, FIDO2, WebAuthn, Passkeys.\nAPI security, token management, and encryption technologies.\nCloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments).\nAgile development and DevSecOps practices.\nPreferred Experience\nBanking or financial services experience.\nServed as Lead Developer or Technical lead in prior role(s).\nCustomer authentication and fraud prevention solutions.\nCustomer onboarding/KYC integrations.\nIdentity orchestration platforms.\nVendor platforms such as Okta\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.\nSecurity certifications such as CISSP, IAM certifications, or cloud certifications are a plus.\n5+ years of software engineering, IAM, CIAM, or authentication experience.\n2+ years implementing customer authentication platforms.\nTypical Stakeholders\nDigital Banking\nEnterprise Architecture\nInformation Security\nFraud Prevention\nAML/Risk Teams\nMobile and Online Banking Development Teams\nThis position is NOT eligible for employment visa sponsorship for non-U.S. citizens.\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS\nThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
