In this role, you'll work with modern SAN and storage technologies, including Cisco MDS fabrics and Pure Storage FlashArray/FlashBlade, supporting critical applications, databases, and virtualized environments across the organization.\nThis is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative infrastructure team focused on reliability, performance, disaster recovery, automation, and continuous improvement.\nWhat You'll Do\nStorage & SAN Administration\nSupport and maintain Cisco MDS SAN environments, including upgrades, configuration, and performance optimization.\nManage Fibre Channel fabrics, zoning, VSANs, and related connectivity components.\nMonitor storage and SAN health using tools such as Cisco Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller (NDFC/DCNM).\nTroubleshoot performance, latency, and connectivity issues across the storage environment.\nEnterprise Storage Operations\nConfigure and manage Pure Storage FlashArray and FlashBlade platforms.\nProvision and maintain storage resources, snapshots, host mappings, and capacity management.\nImprove operational efficiency through automation and scripting.\nDisaster Recovery & Business Continuity\nSupport disaster recovery and business continuity solutions across multiple data centers.\nMaintain replication, backup, and recovery processes.\nParticipate in disaster recovery testing and recovery planning initiatives.\nSecurity, Compliance & Governance\nEnsure storage platforms meet enterprise security, audit, and regulatory requirements.\nSupport access controls, authentication integrations, and audit logging.\nAddress security findings and maintain compliance standards.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of experience supporting enterprise storage, SAN, or infrastructure environments.\nExperience working with Fibre Channel storage networks and enterprise storage platforms.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with infrastructure, application, and database teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience administering Cisco MDS 9000 Series SAN switches and Fibre Channel fabrics.\nExperience with Cisco Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller (NDFC/DCNM) or similar SAN management platforms.\nHands-on experience with Pure Storage FlashArray and/or FlashBlade.\nKnowledge of disaster recovery, replication technologies, snapshots, and recovery best practices.\nExperience working in regulated environments such as financial services, healthcare, or other highly governed industries.\nFamiliarity with storage security concepts including RBAC, MFA, encryption, and audit logging.\nExperience supporting Dell PowerScale (Isilon), Dell ObjectScale/ECS, or similar NAS/Object Storage solutions.\nExperience integrating storage with virtualization platforms such as:VMware vSphere / ESXi\nRed Hat OpenShift / Kubernetes\nNutanix AHV\n\nExposure to Cisco UCS environments.\nExperience with automation and scripting using Python, PowerShell, Ansible, or Bash.\nRelevant industry certifications such as:Cisco CCNP Data Center\nPure Storage FlashArray or FlashBlade Certifications\nOther storage or infrastructure-related certifications\n\nThis position is NOT eligible for employment visa sponsorship for non-U.S. citizens.\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS\nThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $69,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
