You will be responsible for coordinating and tracking employee learning, certifications, and upskilling initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle. This role works closely with Talent Acquisition, Resource Management, Sales, and Delivery to ensure employee capabilities align with business needs, strategic partnerships, and future workforce requirements.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about employee development, with a strong understanding of how continuous learning supports organizational growth.\nLocation: Bangalore, India\nEmployment Type: Full-Time, Remote (with flexibility to work from the office as needed).\nWhat You’llDo:\nTalent Acquisition & Onboarding\nPartner with Talent Acquisition to validate candidate certifications and technical qualifications during the hiring process.\nDevelop and assign structured learning pathways for new hires beginning on day one.\nCoordinate with hiring managers to identify role-specific training requirements and development opportunities.\nLearning & Employee Development\nCoordinate and track employee training, upskilling, and professional development initiatives.\nCollaborate with business leaders to identify skills gaps and align learning pathways with current and future business needs.\nMonitor employee progress, follow up on outstanding training, and support continuous learning throughout the employee lifecycle.\nMaintain accurate employee skills, training, and certification records.\nCertification & Partner Program Management\nMaintain a centralized inventory of employee certifications, including validity, renewals, and expiration dates.\nTrack certification requirements for strategic technology partners\nCoordinate certification initiatives to support partner program requirements and organizational objectives.\nProactively identify certification gaps and upcoming renewal requirements.\nWorkforce Planning & Reporting\nPartner with Resource Management and Sales to provide visibility into employee skills, certifications, and upskilling progress.\nEnsure newly acquired skills and certifications are reflected in workforce planning and resource management systems.\nAlign employee development initiatives with forecasted project demand and business growth opportunities.\nDevelop regular reports and dashboards tracking learning completion, certification attainment, and workforce capability gaps.\nWho We’reLooking For:\n2+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR Operations, or a related field.\nExperience coordinating training programs, certification management, or employee development initiatives an asset.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple business functions, multiple countries, and multiple time zones.\n Working Hours: This role follows Indian Standard Time (IST) hours, from 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST #LI-RR1\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nAt KeyData Cyber, we put people first, valuing learning, growth, and work-life balance.
