In this role, you will provide Level 2 support for our customers’ IAM programs, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ETL, SQL, data integration, data modelling, and IAM applications. In this role, you will be a part of a global team that provides 24x7 support to help customers with their IAM Program. You'll troubleshoot technical problems for customers with a mix of debugging, networking, system administration, updating documentation, and when needed, coding/scripting. Our Managed Services teams are focused and dedicated to the customers, and you will help drive the success of the IAM program by understanding and advocating for our customers’ issues. This role requires you to work in a shift pattern or non-standard work hours as required depending on the project's needs. This may include weekend work.\nLocation: Toronto, Canada (150 York St, Unit 1710, Toronto, Ontario, M5H3S5)\nEmployment Type: Full-time, Hybrid (1-2 days in office per week)\nVacancy Status: Immediate Opening, this position is currently available, and hiring is underway. \nResponsibilities\nTroubleshoot and resolve ETL, SQL, data integration, and data-related production issues within defined SLAs.\nWork with data modelling, data mapping, transformation, validation, and data quality to identify and resolve issues.\nCollaborate with connected application, infrastructure, and IAM teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement solutions to minimize recurring issues and improve system performance.\nManage incidents and escalations from Tier 1 support and service teams, ensuring timely resolution.\nDevelop or enhance ETL processes, scripts, integrations, and data workflows as required.\nMaintain technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing across the Managed Services team.\nParticipate in on-call, shift, and weekend support as required by the project.\nEnhance and customize existing connectors to optimize performance and functionality.\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in ETL, data integration, data engineering, or data-focused application support.\nStrong hands-on experience with SQL, ETL processes, and data modelling.\nExperience troubleshooting complex data-related issues in production environments.\nExperience with data extraction, transformation, loading, data mapping, validation, and troubleshooting.\nSome experience working with IAM/Identity and Access Management concepts. \nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues efficiently.\nKnowledge of Unix/Linux basic administration/commands and Tomcat 9.0 is preferred.\nStrong understanding of ITIL processes and their application in a support environment.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other IAM platforms.\nSailPoint IdentityIQ certification.\nExperience developing or supporting SailPoint connectors/plugins.\nExperience with scripting languages such as Java, BeanShell, or PowerShell.\nExperience supporting enterprise IAM applications and integrations.\nCompensation: \n The base salary range for this position is CAD $52,000 - $70,000. The final base salary offered will be determinedbased on the candidate’s experience, overall fit for the role, and expected ramp-up time.Eligible individuals may also participatein our bonus program.
