In this role, you will act as a technical authority, leading the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Okta. You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable identity strategies, ensuring successful deployments and long-term value realization. This role plays a critical part in shaping customer identity programs and driving high-impact outcomes. If you're passionate about working in an environment where you can experience accelerated growth, development, and high impact, this role could be for you!\nLocation: United States\nEmployment Type: Remote, Full time\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead discovery sessions to gather business, functional, and technical requirements\nDesign and architect enterprise IAM solutions using Okta\nTranslate customer requirements into scalable and secure identity architectures\nProvide technical leadership in defining Statements of Work (SOW), solution scope, and delivery approach\nDevelop IAM strategies, standards, and governance frameworks across organizations\nCollaborate with Sales and Professional Services teams to support solutioning and pre-sales activities\nGuide delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with architecture\nConduct architecture reviews, customer health checks, and ongoing optimizations\nDefine best practices for interoperability across multiple IAM and enterprise systems\nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership and business teams\nWho We’re Looking For:\nMandatory Requirement: Okta Certified Architect / Okta Consultant Certification\n8+ years of experience in IT, solution architecture, or software development\n4+ years of experience in IAM architecture and design\n5+ years of consulting experience working with enterprise customers\nStrong experience designing and implementing Okta-based solutions\nDeep understanding of IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, RBAC, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and Active Directory\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise integrations\nProven ability to lead discovery workshops and define technical solutions\nStrong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business audiences\nNice-to-Have Skills:\nExperience with IAM tools such as Ping, SailPoint, Saviynt, or Microsoft Identity\nKnowledge of security architecture, cryptography, and Zero Trust principles\nExperience with distributed systems and application architecture design\nProgramming experience (Java, Python, .NET, Ruby, or similar)\nFamiliarity with DevOps tools and version control systems (Git, SVN)\nTOGAF, CISSP, or similar certifications #LI-AS1\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nAt KeyData Cyber, we put people first, valuing learning, growth, and work-life balance.
