In this role, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on implementation and deployment services, designing scalable identity solutions, and ensuring successful customer adoption of the Okta platform. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with customers, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to drive successful deployments and long-term customer success.\nLocation: USA\nEmployment Type: Full-Time, Remote \nWhat You’ll Do\nLead hands-on technical design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of Okta solutions for enterprise customers.\nGather, analyze, and document post-sales customer requirements to design secure and scalable identity solutions.\nDesign and implement identity federation and access management solutions using SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and WS-Federation.\nConfigure and integrate Okta with SaaS, cloud, and on-premises enterprise applications.\nApply expertise in identity lifecycle management processes, access controls, and enterprise security standards.\nManage multiple concurrent customer deployment projects while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.\nProvide technical mentorship and training to customers to drive adoption and self-sufficiency.\nMaintain project documentation, track project status, manage scope, and enforce quality and change management processes.\nCollaborate with Engineering and Support teams to troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues.\nAct as a liaison between customers and Product Management, providing feedback to influence future product enhancements.\nPartner with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.\nContribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, best practices, and deployment knowledge repositories.\nWho We’re Looking For\n3-5+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant delivering complex solutions for external customers.\nHands-on experience implementing and deploying Okta solutions in enterprise environments.\nStrong expertise in identity federation and access management protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and WS-Federation.\nExperience designing and implementing security and identity management solutions for critical enterprise systems.\nStrong understanding of enterprise identity lifecycle management processes and industry best practices.\nExperience working with cloud architectures as well as complex on-premises IT environments.\nKnowledge of REST/JSON APIs and integration technologies.\nAbility to manage multiple customer engagements while balancing competing priorities.\nExcellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.\nValid Okta Consultant Certification is required.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.\nNice to Have Skills:\nOkta Developer Certification and Workflows Specialty Certification.\nHands-on experience with Okta Workflows and workflow automation.\nKnowledge of Okta Identity Governance (OIG), Okta Access Gateway (OAG), and Okta Privileged Access (OPA) / Advanced Server Access (ASA).\nExperience with development languages such as Java, .NET, or PHP.\nStrong JavaScript experience and familiarity with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Ember.\nExperience with Node.js and/or mobile application development (iOS/Android).\nFamiliarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies.\nCISSP certification is a plus.\nStrong presentation, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations.\nAdditional Information:\nCandidates must complete required Okta onboarding and training programs before project assignments.\nExperience working in customer-facing consulting and professional services environments is highly valued. #LI-RR1\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nAt KeyData Cyber, we put people first, valuing learning, growth, and work-life balance.
