You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the deployment of Secrets Manager and its integration into the client's existing CyberArk PAM/Vault environment, as well as onboarding applications across OpenShift/Kubernetes and GitLab CI/CD platforms. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and client stakeholders to keep the project on schedule, on scope, and aligned with security and operational requirements.\nLocation: USA, Remote\nEmployment Type: Contract, Immediate Start through March 2027\nWhat You'll Do\nLead end-to-end delivery of the CyberArk Secrets Manager deployment and integration with the existing PAM/Vault environment, without redesigning the current vault architecture.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and status reports.\nCoordinate application onboarding across OpenShift/Kubernetes workloads and GitLab CI/CD pipelines, tracking progress against onboarding targets.\nManage dependencies across infrastructure, networking, security, DevOps, and application teams, including DNS, firewall, load balancer, certificate, and service account requests.\nTrack delivery of key technical workstreams, including HA/DR configuration, TLS/certificate implementation, audit logging, monitoring, and backup/recovery.\nDrive operational readiness activities, including testing, change management, documentation, runbooks, and handover to support teams.\nFacilitate technical discussions between architects, engineers, and client stakeholders, and escalate and resolve blockers quickly.\nManage scope, change requests, resourcing, and budget, and communicate project health to client leadership.\nRun project governance, including kickoffs, steering committee meetings, sprint or phase reviews, and lessons learned.\nWho We're Looking For\n7+ years of project management experience, including delivering cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure projects.\nBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience \nExperience managing CyberArk PAM, secrets management, or other Privileged Access Management implementations.\nWorking knowledge of secrets management concepts, including RBAC, policies, credential rotation, Safes, CPM, and secret retrieval workflows.\nFamiliarity with OpenShift/Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and DevSecOps delivery practices.\nUnderstanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, Linux environments, HA/DR, and enterprise authentication.\nProven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and multiple workstreams at once.\nExperience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.\nStrong risk, dependency, and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to executive and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to work independently in a client-facing consulting environment\nNice-to-Have Skills\nPMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification.\nCyberArk certifications or training, such as Secrets Manager or PAM courses.\nExperience managing application onboarding programs or platform rollouts.\nFamiliarity with security and compliance frameworks and audit requirements.\nExperience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project.\nPrevious consulting or professional services experience.#LI-RJ1\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nAt KeyData Cyber, we put people first, valuing learning, growth, and work-life balance.
