In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of SailPoint Identity Security projects while ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and business outcomes. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, delivery teams, sales, and leadership, managing project execution, financial performance, resource planning, and client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle. This role requires a strong combination of delivery management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and strategic planning skills. If you're passionate about working in an environment where you can experience accelerated growth, development, and high impact, this role could be for you!\nLocation: USA\nEmployment Type: 12 months contract, Remote\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead end-to-end delivery management for SailPoint implementation and advisory engagements\nManage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution, quality delivery, and customer satisfaction\nAct as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project status, risks, issues, and escalations\nPartner with Sales and Account teams during pre-sales and post-sales phases to support project scoping and delivery planning\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risk registers, and status reports\nMonitor project financials, profitability, utilization, and productivity metrics to ensure successful delivery outcomes\nCollaborate with Resource Management and Delivery Leadership to align staffing strategies with project requirements\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders\nProvide regular executive-level updates on project health, delivery performance, and customer success metrics\nWork closely with Customer Success teams to drive customer adoption, engagement, and long-term success\nIdentify opportunities to expand services, improve customer outcomes, and support business growth initiatives\nDrive continuous improvement across delivery processes, governance standards, and operational best practices\nSupport issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation management across customer engagements\nMentor and coach team members, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development support\nFoster a collaborative, high-performing delivery culture focused on accountability and customer success\nWho We're Looking For:\n5+ years of experience within a Software, SaaS, Cybersecurity, IAM, or Consulting organization\nMinimum 3+ years of project management, delivery management, or professional services leadership experience\nStrong experience managing enterprise software implementation or consulting engagements\nProven ability to manage project scope, budgets, schedules, forecasts, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations\nExperience collaborating with Sales teams on project scoping, estimation, and delivery planning\nStrong customer-facing experience with executive stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams\nExceptional leadership, mentoring, coaching, and team development skills\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment\nExperience presenting project updates, business reviews, and delivery metrics to leadership teams\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred\nEnglish language proficiency required\nNice-to-Have Skills:\nExperience delivering SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), IdentityIQ (IIQ), or other IAM/IGA solutions\nExperience managing cybersecurity, identity governance, or cloud transformation programs\nPMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications\nFamiliarity with IAM concepts including Identity Governance, Access Management, Provisioning, and RBAC\nExperience working with enterprise customers across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Government, Healthcare, or Education sectors\nKnowledge of SaaS delivery models, professional services operations, and customer success frameworks\nExperience with resource management, utilization planning, and services profitability management\nITIL, CISSP, or other technology and security certifications\nExperience leading distributed or global delivery teams #LI-AS1\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nAt KeyData Cyber, we put people first, valuing learning, growth, and work-life balance.
