Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Planning and Scheduling, and maintenance service providers, the Maintenance Coordinator will support equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, maintenance projects, turnarounds, and Management of Change (MOC) activities.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nCoordinate day-to-day on-site maintenance activities across multiple trades, ensuring work is planned and executed safely in accordance with Keyera's Safe Work Practices.\nWork closely with Operations and Planning and Scheduling to coordinate maintenance execution, including permits, equipment outages, safety requirements, and work schedules.\nAssist with and lead troubleshooting activities when facility equipment is down, working with Operations and Engineering to address equipment issues and process upsets.\nCoordinate and oversee on-site maintenance service providers, including the execution of maintenance work and supporting activities.\nManage the execution of small and large maintenance projects, including coordination of construction activities.\nSupport turnaround activities and Management of Change (MOC) processes associated with maintenance and project work.\nDevelop and update maintenance procedures and preventative maintenance plans.\nCollaborate with Engineering and Operations on facility designs, equipment issues, and process upsets.\nCoordinate maintenance work orders through Maximo, including creating, updating, and closing work orders.\nLead and participate in pre-job and morning maintenance meetings.\nAssist with procurement of materials, tools, and service providers, and manage parts and consumable inventories.\nSupport facility shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.\nQUALIFICATIONS\n5+ years of experience in a maintenance coordination role within an industrial operating environment, including hands-on field coordination of maintenance activities.\nJourneyperson Pipefitter, Millwright, or other relevant trade certifications are considered a strong asset\nExperience using Maximo or a comparable computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).\nExperience coordinating maintenance activities across multiple trades and disciplines, including project support and field execution.\nExperience supporting Management of Change (MOC) processes and turnaround activities.\nFamiliarity with asset management work processes is considered an asset.\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple activities in a dynamic operating environment.\nStrong commitment to safe work practices and maintaining a safe working environment.\nPosting Expiry Date:\nNov 1, 2026At Keyera, we embrace collaboration, inclusion, and a workplace that is as diverse as the communities we serve.
