This role serves as the primary liaison between Commercial, Operations, Marketing, customers, carriers, and external service providers to ensure contractual obligations are met while optimizing asset utilization and maintaining supply chain continuity.\nThe position requires proactive management of inventories, transportation movements, maintenance impacts, customer nominations, and operational constraints to support Keyera's commercial objectives and customer commitments.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nLogistics & Inventory Management\nMonitor and manage product inventories specific to Sarnia and Superior Terminal.\nCoordinate receipts, deliveries, transfers, and product movements.\nMaintain inventory balances and identify potential operational or commercial risks.\nSupport pre-month and month-end inventory reconciliation and reporting activities.\nScheduling & Coordination\nDevelop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly movement schedules.\nCoordinate pipeline, rail, truck, marine, and terminal logistics activities as required.\nManage nominations, confirmations, and shipping schedules with counterparties.\nEnsure alignment between commercial commitments and operational capabilities.\nCustomer & Stakeholder Relations\nAct as a key point of contact for customers and Joint Venture Partners regarding product movements and scheduling requirements.\nBuild effective working relationships with operations, commercial teams, carriers, and external partners.\nCommunicate operational changes, outages, constraints, and service impacts in a timely manner.\nOperational Excellence\nIdentify and resolve scheduling conflicts and transportation constraints.\nSupport contingency planning during outages, maintenance events, and unplanned disruptions.\nContribute to process improvements that enhance reliability, consistency, and efficiency.\nParticipate in incident reviews and lessons-learned activities.\nCompliance & Reporting\nMaintain accurate scheduling records and transactional data.\nEnsure compliance with tariffs, transportation agreements, and operating procedures.\nSupport preparation of operational reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.\nAdhere to all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.\nKey Accountabilities\nReliable execution of customer and commercial commitments.\nAccurate inventory management and reconciliation.\nTimely communication of operational risks and constraints.\nEffective collaboration across commercial, operations, accounting, and logistics teams.\nContinuous improvement of scheduling processes and controls.\nSafe and compliant execution of all logistics activities.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTechnical\nNGL supply chain and logistics knowledge is an asset\nPipeline, rail, truck, and terminal scheduling experience preferred\nExperience with Inventory management and reconciliation.\nTransportation agreements and tariff interpretation.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.\nLeadership & Behavioral\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills.\nCritical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nEffective communication and stakeholder management.\nAttention to detail and analytical capability.\nAbility to perform in a dynamic operational environment.\nCustomer-focused and collaborative mindset.\nMeasures of Success\nCustomer commitments executed on time.\nInventory accuracy and reconciliation performance.\nMinimization of transportation and scheduling costs and disruptions.\nEffective management of operational constraints and outages.\nPositive stakeholder feedback from commercial and operations partners.\nDemonstrated alignment with Keyera Values: Home Safe, Own It, All In, Count on Me, and Drive Value\nPosting Expiry Date:\nNov 16, 2026At Keyera, we embrace collaboration, inclusion, and a workplace that is as diverse as the communities we serve.
