Working closely with Operations, Health & Safety, Finance, Human Resources and other teams, this role helps ensure Keyera’s fleet is safe, reliable, cost-effective and aligned with operational needs.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nFleet Management\nDevelop fleet lifecycle and replacement plans, including acquisition, allocation and disposal.\nAnalyze asset condition, utilization, maintenance, downtime and total cost of ownership to support fleet decisions.\nIdentify opportunities to optimize fleet size, utilization and vehicle specifications.\nSupport capital planning and changing operational requirements.\nAnalytics & Financial Management\nDevelop fleet KPIs and reporting using operational, financial and telematics data.\nSupport budgets, forecasts, variance analysis and business cases.\nTranslate data into actionable recommendations that improve cost, reliability and performance.\nMaintain accurate fleet information and improve reporting and processes.\nSupplier & Commercial Management\nManage relationships and performance with fleet service providers and suppliers.\nMonitor service levels, costs and performance, resolving issues as required.\nSupport sourcing, contract renewals, negotiations and supplier performance reviews.\nGovernance & Continuous Improvement\nMaintain fleet policies, standards, processes and governance controls.\nSupport regulatory, contractual and internal compliance requirements.\nImprove fleet processes, systems and service delivery, including effective use of fleet and telematics technology.\nStakeholder Partnership\nServe as a key fleet contact for operational leaders and employees.\nCollaborate across Operations, Health & Safety, Finance, HR, Legal and Supply Chain to support effective fleet decisions.\nCommunicate fleet plans, performance, risks and changes across the organization.\nQUALIFICATIONS\n5 to 8 years of relevant experience in fleet management, asset management, operations or a related field.\nPost-secondary education in business, finance, asset management or a related discipline is considered an asset.\nStrong understanding of fleet lifecycle management, utilization, supplier performance and total cost of ownership.\nAbility to analyze operational and financial information and translate it into practical recommendations.\nExperience with budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and continuous improvement.\nStrong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively across the organization.\nPosting Expiry Date:\nNov 12, 2026At Keyera, we embrace collaboration, inclusion, and a workplace that is as diverse as the communities we serve.
