This position plays a key role in ensuring Keyera’s measurement data is accurately validated, balanced and analyzed, while providing leadership across measurement systems, regulatory programs and data governance.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nLead and collaborate with the Measurement Analytics team, comprised of 5 professionals focused on quantity and quality measurement data validation and system balances.\nDevelop and maintain governance and assurance programs to ensure measurement processes comply with regulations, contracts and industry best practices.\nOwn measurement data stewardship for all commodities across all business units.\nAct as the business owner of measurement software systems, including Welltrak, MMS, Flowcal and SchematicPro.\nLead the software system enhancement process to improve efficiency and coordinate with IT to resolve bugs and issues.\nOwn and administer Keyera’s Enhanced Production Audit Program (EPAP), Flare Fuel and Vent Management (FFVM), and Sulphur Balance (S30) programs.\nProvide expertise, support and training in the implementation of measurement programs.\nLead the analysis of measurement data and system imbalances, identifying trends, gaps and opportunities to improve data quality and resolve measurement issues.\nDevelop and maintain measurement KPIs that provide meaningful insight into data quality, system performance and areas requiring attention.\nRecruit, mentor and retain top talent across data science and analytical roles.\nProvide visible leadership presence and reinforcement of Keyera’s cultural behaviours and values.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in hydrocarbon measurement analytics, measurement system ownership or technical leadership roles.\nWorking knowledge of industry measurement standards and regulations.\nPrevious leadership experience managing a team of professionals is preferred.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret measurement data, investigate imbalances and identify practical solutions.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear expectations and effectively address challenges and issues with the team.\nAbility to professionally interact and build effective working relationships with individuals both inside and outside the company.\nAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while managing time-sensitive and competing priorities.\nPosting Expiry Date:\nOct 12, 2026At Keyera, we embrace collaboration, inclusion, and a workplace that is as diverse as the communities we serve.
