Your primary focus will be on architectural challenges, with in parallel dedicated hands-on technical work.\nYOUR MISSION\nAs part of this role, you will focus on:\nArchitecture & Standardization\nDefine, document, and evolve reference architectures (on-premises, hybrid, cloud).\n\nStandardize technical solutions: virtualization, systems, networking, storage and databases.\n\nIntegrate cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).\n\nIdentify deviations from technical standards, lead remediation or mitigation efforts.\n\nCloud & Containerization\nDesign and validate hybrid or full cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS).\n\nIntegrate or evolve Kubernetes/Docker environments (on-premises, managed).\n\nOversee security, performance, scalability, and cost aspects in cloud environments.\n\nClient-Facing & Governance\nServe as the technical point of contact for client teams, particularly during migrations and integrations.\n\nParticipate in proposal reviews, client presentations, and technical committees.\n\nProvide input on responses to requests for proposals and framing documents.\n\nTechnical Leadership\nAct as technical lead on infrastructure, cloud, or outsourcing projects.\n\nSupervise engineers involved, coordinate technical tasks, and ensure overall consistency.\n\nContribute to the definition of technological roadmaps and anticipate future developments.\n\nCompliance & Security\nEnsure compliance with ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, etc. requirements.\n\nApply best practices for cloud and container security (CIS Benchmarks, Zero Trust...).\n\nParticipate in audits, remediation plans, and normative documentation.\n\nRequirements\nYOUR PROFILE\nWe're looking for someone with:\nMinimum 5 years of experience as an infrastructure architect.\n\nStrong background in technical infrastructure, with a plus if you have experience as a network architect.\n\nExpertise in Private Cloud solutions.\n\nTechnical skills in security, storage, and other infrastructure areas.\n\nOverview on the technical environment:\n· Virtualization: VMware vSphere, KVM, Hyper-V\n· Containerization: Openshift, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS (on-premises or cloud-managed)\n· Public Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP (IaaS, PaaS, networking, security)\n· Operating Systems: Linux (RHEL, Rocky), Windows Server\n· Networking & Security: VLAN, VPN, firewall, DNS, TLS, Zero Trust\n· Storage: NAS, SAN, backup, snapshots, S3\n· Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL (integration, high availability)\n· Tools: Terraform, Ansible, Git, CI/CD\n· Standards: ISO 27001, NIS2, ITIL, DevSecOps\nExcellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.\n\nPlanning and organizational skills: able to work with strict deadlines, manage stress, and prioritize tasks effectively.\n\nStrong analytical skills: capable of analysing complex problems, identifying key issues, and developing creative solutions.\n\nSecurity-focused mindset: a deep understanding of security principles and a practical approach to ensuring the integrity of our infrastructure.\n\nAbility to work independently: self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects and tasks with minimal supervision.\n\nCustomer-minded and team player: a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals.\n\nDo you recognise yourself in this description?\nDo you want to learn more?\nApply now!
