They are comfortable collaborating with internal stakeholders and agency partners, managing multiple priorities, and translating complex cybersecurity and technology topics into clear, engaging content across channels.\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.\nResponsibilities\nCorporate Communications & Content\nDraft and edit press releases, blog posts, infographics, award submissions, executive materials, newsletter content, and other external communications in alignment with approved messaging.\nSupport media relations activities, including developing briefing materials, coordinating media inquiries and interview logistics, and supporting follow-up with internal stakeholders and agency partners.\nPartner with internal teams and external creative resources to coordinate communications assets and supporting materials.\nSupport the awards program in partnership with external PR agency partners and internal stakeholders, including researching opportunities, gathering inputs, coordinating approvals, and supporting submissions.\nManage the corporate blog editorial calendar, coordinating draft development, reviews, edits, approvals, and publishing.\nManage the Source newsletter editorial calendar, developing and editing content, coordinating contributions from internal stakeholders, and overseeing review, approval, and publication.\nSocial Media & Engagement\nSupport the execution of global social media strategies that increase brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and share of voice.\nManage day-to-day content planning, publishing, channel activity, and community engagement across priority social media platforms.\nDevelop social content that translates company news, product launches, market developments, executive perspectives, and complex technical topics into clear, timely, and engaging posts.\nResearch social, industry, and cultural trends to identify relevant opportunities for Keyfactor to participate in broader market conversations.\nManage social publishing, employee advocacy, video distribution, and performance reporting using Oktopost, Wistia, YouTube, and related platforms.\nSupport editorial planning and develop social content for Keyfactor executives and subject matter experts.\nIdentify timely opportunities to connect executive and subject matter expert perspectives with company milestones, industry developments, current events, and relevant market conversations.\nMonitor social media performance, audience engagement, and content trends and recommend opportunities to optimize content, timing, and distribution.\nEmployee Advocacy & Brand Awareness\nSupport and help scale employee advocacy initiatives that amplify Keyfactor’s brand, thought leadership, and strategic priorities.\nDevelop social toolkits, suggested messaging, and supporting assets that make it easier for employees to engage with and amplify Keyfactor content.\nPartner with Brand, Communications, Field and Events, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Creative teams to extend the reach and impact of integrated campaigns.\nSupport social media amplification for company announcements, research, events, webinars, product launches, and other key brand moments.\nHelp maintain brand and messaging consistency across corporate communications, social media, executive content, and employee advocacy programs.\nSkills and Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field\n3+ years of experience managing social media programs for B2B technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or another complex industry. \nStrong writing and editing skills with the ability to develop clear, engaging content across corporate communications, social media, blogs, newsletters, and executive materials.\nStrong understanding of major social media platforms and an interest in evolving social trends, audience behaviors, and content formats.\nExperience managing editorial calendars, content workflows, approvals, and multiple concurrent projects.\nStrong research skills and curiosity about the cybersecurity, technology, media, and broader business landscape.\nAbility to translate complex or technical information into clear, accessible content for different audiences and channels.\nStrong organizational and project management skills with careful attention to detail.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, executives, subject matter experts, creative teams, and external agency partners.\nAbility to interpret basic communications and social media performance data and use insights to recommend improvements.\nCompensation\nSalary will be commensurate with experience. \nCulture, Career Opportunities and Benefits \nWe build teams that continually strive to get better than the day before.
