If you're looking for work that matters and a team that brings out your best, we hope you'll trust your future with Keyfactor!\nTitle: Partner Enablement Manager \nLocation: United Kingdom; Remote\nExperience: Mid Level \nJob Function: Professional Services\nEmployment Type: Full-Time \nIndustry: Computer & Network Security\nTravel Requirements: <25%\nAbout the position\nThe Career-Level Partner Enablement Manager collaborates on implementing strategic initiatives for our advanced partner ecosystem, ensuring key regional partners have the tools, training, and resources needed for successful product or service delivery.\nJob Responsibilities\nDeliver partner trainings of Keyfactor solutions, services, and best practices.\nCollaborate on the design and delivery of training programs to educate partners about our products, services, positioning, competitive advantages, etc.\nCollaborate on the creation and curation of training content, including presentations, webinars, and product guides, tailored to different partner segments.\nCollaborate in defining and tracking key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of partner enablement programs.\nProvide regular reports and insights to management regarding partner performance and the impact of enablement initiatives.\nBuild strong relationships with advanced regional partners, and act as a primary point of contact and technical champion for partner inquiries and issues.\nProvide ongoing support to partners, address technical questions, and help them overcome any obstacles.\nNavigate the transition of projects from partner delivery to Keyfactor Support/Customer Success Teams in a steady state handoff.\nAct as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.\nValidate business goals are defined and attained. • Reduce the time to value through structured project playbooks.\nCollaborate with the sales and global service teams to ensure that partners have the necessary resources to effectively scope and deliver Keyfactor projects.\nParticipate in cross-functional meetings to align on business priorities and ensure consistent messaging to partners. \nMinimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience. \nComprehensive understanding of IT frameworks and standards. \nIn-depth knowledge of company operations, industry regulations, and advanced methodologies. \nAbility to analyze complex issues and contribute to strategic initiatives. \nExperience in large enterprise IT environments (via services delivery, consulting, or technical sales enablement). \nStrong consultation skills with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders.\nModerate proficiency with Windows Server operating systems. \nUnderstanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals. \nModerate technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nEffective time management and prioritization skills with the most complex partner deployments. \nModerate knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services and Active Directory Federation Services. \nProficiency with Unix/Linux. \nModerate scripting development using various Microsoft tools (SQL, Powershell, etc.). \nWillingness to learn new product stacks, technologies, and APIs as needed. \nCompetency with Microsoft 365. • Knowledge of Kerberos protocol - OAuth authentication. \nKnowledge of EJBCA product stack. \nAbility to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and provide training to peers. #LI-NA1\nCompensation\nSalary will be commensurate with experience. \nCulture, Career Opportunities and Benefits \nWe build teams that continually strive to get better than the day before.
